Terms & conditions.

Using this website

This site tells you about G45 Functional Fitness and lets you enquire about training with us. The content, photography and branding belong to G45 Functional Fitness CIC. You are welcome to share links to it; please do not copy or reuse the content without asking.

We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but timetables, offers and programme details can change. The version we confirm with you directly, on a call or in writing, is always the one that counts.

Enquiries, offers and pricing

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to anything and costs nothing. Programme options and pricing are confirmed on a call with a coach, and anything you sign up to will have its own terms explained clearly at the time, including how payments, sessions and cancellations work for that programme. Any promotional offer linked from our emails runs under the details stated on that offer's own page.

Training and your health

Exercise carries some natural risk. Our sessions are coached and scaled to your level, and we will always ask about your health before you start so we can coach you safely. Please tell us about anything that could affect your training, follow your coach's instructions, and if you have a medical condition or any doubt about exercising, speak to your GP first. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for anything the law does not allow us to, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that do not arise from us breaking these terms, or for damage to or loss of personal belongings brought to the gym.

The boring but important bits

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. How we handle your personal information is covered in our privacy policy. Questions about any of this: info@g45functionalfitness.com.
