What we collect
When you enquire, book a call, or message us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, your answers to our enquiry questions, and anything you tell us about your goals. If you become a member, we also hold the details needed to run your membership, such as attendance, payments and any health information you choose to share so we can coach you safely.
Our website also records some technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and where you came from (for example, whether you clicked one of our ads). This helps us understand what is working.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, ring you about getting started, run your sessions and membership, and send you helpful emails about G45. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and clicking it stops them, no questions asked. We will never sell your information to anyone.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the business: our customer relationship and email system (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our website hosting, and our payment providers. They process your information on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Member records are kept for as long as you are a member and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, financial records). If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are legally required to keep something.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to marketing at any time. Just email info@g45functionalfitness.com or message us on WhatsApp. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
